Managing Director
Jack Godwin is the founder and Managing Director of Bluebird Aviation Services. A seasoned commercial pilot and driven entrepreneur, Jack launched the company in 2021 with a vision to redefine aviation support services. Under his leadership, Bluebird has grown from a bold startup into a globally recognized name in the industry. With a passion for excellence and a hands-on approach, Jack continues to navigate the company to new heights.
Maxi Graf
Aircraft Sales Manager (EMEA)
Based in Germany, Maxi is a certified flight instructor and lifelong aviation enthusiast with deep roots in the industry. Growing up surrounded by aircraft, he quickly developed a love for flying—one that led him to pursue both flight training and aircraft sales. With years of experience as an aircraft broker and a strong focus on first-class service, he brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and client-centered expertise. From owning his dream biplane, to specialising in aircraft sales, he’s dedicated to sharing the freedom of flight and helping others take off on their own aviation journeys.
Sam Hunt
Flight Operations Manager
A passionate aviator with a sharp operational edge, Sam brings hands-on experience as both a commercial pilot and former operations manager for an AOC-certified operation. His deep knowledge of flight planning, regulatory compliance, and aircrew coordination keeps Bluebird’s operations running smoothly. Sam’s commitment to safety and efficiency is a driving force behind our mission for operational excellence.
Joseph Rais
Chief Pilot (Ferry)
With nearly 40 years in aviation and over 13,000 flight hours, Joseph brings unmatched expertise to the team. Starting his career in Switzerland in 1984, he's earned a range of certifications including CPL(A), IFR, and instructor ratings. From transatlantic ferry flights to mentoring the next generation of pilots, Joseph is a seasoned leader and passionate educator committed to excellence in the skies.
Thip Nakchum
Operations Controller
With a degree in Air Traffic Management, Thip began her journey aiming for the skies but found her true calling on the ground—in aircraft planning and operations. Backed by over 10 years at a leading global airline, she brings deep expertise in logistics, ramp coordination, and performance monitoring. At Bluebird, Thip thrives in high-pressure environments, keeping operations smooth and efficient from runway to gate.
